Made from Italian Plateaux with a boxwood endcap and a unique half saddle hand cut Cumberland stem with an integral tenon. A Medium sized and capacity pipe, with a subtle attractive stubbyiness to it. It has spot on drilling, and sports a deep craggy ring grain blast with lots of straight throughout. Reddish highlights show through the dark brown stain, nicely matching the color of the Cumberland stem. This is a very light pipe with excellent balance. A very nice blast on a one of a kind poker shape. A bit of a departure from the bulk of my work to date, and I think something of a break through.
