A pipe for Chip, The Ice Water Mansion on The Dixie Line

This is a preview for a pipe requested by a friend, who is also very supportive of the creative efforts of our family, musical and otherwise 😉

For an example of what he was after, he gave me a pipe of his Father’s and one of his Grandfather’s. As you will see, I have taken considerable liberties with my interpretation. The end result is different than my usual efforts, leaning somewhat in the direction of the treasured pipes from his family, yet certainly my own take on them. I have yet to stamp it with nomenclature, but have ideas should my requesting friend find it suitable…
