Made from Italian Plateaux with a hand cut German Ebonite Stem and integral tenon. This is version off of my A.S.P. 2008 pipe of of the year Belge design made in 2009 with a slightly more egg like shape. A very light pipe with a delicate shallow ring grain blast and straightgrain detail showing up from underneath in a reddish brown contrast staining. The ring and straight grain blast flows into a nice smooth birdseye top from a blasted birdseye bottom. Generous bowl capacity for its size and weight.
