From Italian Plateaux briar with a hand cut German Ebonite Stem, and integral tenon. The nicest bulldog I’ve made yet. I’m pleased with the lines–the touch of Danish influence I’ve been striving for. An innovative angle makes a nice size chamber while facilitating the shape. Very nice birdseye on the top and bottom, also on the top of one side of the stem. Straight and flame flowing up the sides, front and back. Three un-distracting flaws keep this a grade C, but it’s a really beautiful pipe.
